A growing Manly-based architecture studio is looking for a confident Architectural Project Coordinator to join its team. What you’ll be doing
• Support project teams across documentation, coordination and delivery tasks
• Assist with DA, DD, CC/CD and construction-stage drawing packages
• Coordinate information between consultants, clients and internal teams
• Support Project Leaders with programme tracking and project administration
• Manage project correspondence, meeting notes and consultant updates
• Work across multiple projects at different stages of the lifecycle
• Help maintain documentation quality and project information flow
What you’ll need
• Relevant architectural qualification
• Strong Revit capability
• Experience producing DA, DD and CC/CD documentation
• Exposure to large scale projects
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and project responsibilities
• Practical, organised approach with strong attention to detail
