Architectural Project Captain

We’re looking for a Project Captain who thrives in both design and execution, someone who can carry a project from concept through construction with an eye for design and knowledge of what makes retail thrive.

Filling this role is less about checking boxes and more about finding the right person. If you’re passionate about great design, have retail experience, and want to be part of a highly collaborative, creative firm, we’d love to connect.

What you’ll do

• Lead and coordinate projects from design development through construction
• Collaborate closely with clients, consultants and internal teams
• Guide production, documentation and QA/QC with a strong design eye
• Contribute to thoughtful, experience-driven environments

What you bring

• 5–10 years of experience (but we’re open to all levels for the right talent)
• Retail center design experience required
• Mixed-use, specialty retail and/or restaurant experience highly valued
• Architectural registration preferred, not required
• Strong Revit/AutoCAD skills
• A balance of creativity, organization and technical confidence
• A collaborative mindset and clear communication style
