The Sales Development Representative II is a key participant in the Sales department responsible for building new portfolios of business clients through merchant services and funding.What you will do:Experience selling Financial Services to small/large sized businessesAssist and manage negotiation, presentation, and business development for your clientsResponsible for hitting key target metrics including revenue, volume, conversion %'s, monthly quotas etc.Develop relationships with customers and generate new business through pro-active targeted outbound callingCommunicate with our trusted partners daily, while keeping Kapitus' brand image top of mindConsistently follow up on leads and maintain active pipeline dailyResearch, analyze and provide background information on potential clientsWork in a team atmosphere by communicating with sales department and merchants in both written and verbal formTrack and manage upwards of 50 prospects at different stages of the sales cycleStay current with industry trends to understand market dynamicResponsibilities are subject to change to best suit the needs and interests of the businessWhat we're looking for:Diploma required, college degree preferred2 years of sales experience, ideally in IT, Fin-Tech, SaaS, and/or consultative sales with demonstrable experience deliveringExcellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills as well as a strong sense of accountability.Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task.Ability and desire to work in a rapid-paced environment.Experience achieving metric and quality performanceWorking knowledge of Microsoft SuiteEffective at communicating clearly and adaptabilityExperience with administrative tasksStrong interpersonal skills and professionalismKapitus Total Rewards Package Includes: Competitive Base Salary Range of $45,000 Kapitus is providing this as a good faith salary range to comply with applicable law.
