We are seeking an experienced Roofing Sales Manager to lead and grow our sales team while driving both residential and commercial success across the Denver Metro area. Key Responsibilities
- Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing sales team.
- Drive revenue growth across residential and commercial roofing projects.
- Collaborate closely with estimating, operations, and leadership to ensure strong project execution.
- Manage your own active sales pipeline while supporting team members in meeting their goals.
- Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with company objectives and growth targets.
Qualifications
- 5 years of experience in roofing sales (residential, commercial, or both).
- 3 years in a leadership or sales management role.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong understanding of the Denver roofing market and applicable regulations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
