Press Cell Technician I/II - Kapco Grafton, WI

Kapco Inc. is looking for a Press Cell Technician I/II on 2nd shift at our Grafton, WI facility. The ideal candidate for this position should be an experienced operator with experience running mechanical, hydraulic and/or servo punch presses involving hand transfer of heavy and/or complex parts.
Primary Responsibilities
- Operate complex and progressive tooling in a quality and rate conscious manner
- Perform coil changes
- Maintain equipment and tooling with use of appropriate lubricants
- Clean and maintain press area
- Perform quality checks using the proper measuring devices correctly during operation and complete quality records
- Stop production when quality issues are detected
- Complete appropriate paperwork, including labels, accurately and completely
- May require successful completion of Kapco's forklift certification program
- Other duties as assigned
