What are the responsibilities and job description for the Rubber Press Technician - 1st/2nd Shift position at INJECTEC?
Our organization is looking for an enthusiastic and reliable machine operator to be a key member of the production team.
As a rep press operator, you will be responsible for:
· Operating rubber molding machines
· Removing & demolding parts
· Inspecting product
· Filling out paperwork
· Following work instructions
The ideal candidate will:
· Follow and understand written and verbal instructions
· Work well with others and individually
· Stand for 8 hours daily
· Repetitively lift up to 45 lbs
· Have general knowledge of machine operation
· Keep a tidy & clean workspace
· Continuously work with hands and fingers (pushing & pulling)
· Be able to work in a warm and occasionally smoky environment
· Have a strong understanding of general inspection practices
