KTA is looking for hard working, eager individuals to join our team.

**Definition and Examples of Work**

• Analyzes customer, traffic and market data to identify trends and
  
  

patterns in current and targeted customer behaviors.

• Uses data insights to recommend process and program improvements and
  
  

campaign/message initiatives that educate and/or prompt the

customer/prospect to act.

• Plans campaigns designed to attract new customers, increase desired
  
  

behaviors and better meet customer needs and expectations.

• Coordinates development and/or revision of materials used to attract
  
  

new and retain existing DriveKS and KTAG customers.

• Collaborates with cross-functional team members to develop
  
  

strategies, plans and materials including close work with the

customer service center.

• Partners with internal customers and external vendors to implement
  
  

new processes and tools (i.e. payment options, communication tools,

etc.) that enhance the customer experience.

• Coordinates market and data research projects as needed.

processes and procedures, customer satisfaction, and external company

image and liability.
