A Family Support Coordinator (FSC) position helps support Adult

Protective Specialist with both clerical and field work with vulnerable

adults who are identified in investigations of

Abuse/Neglect/Exploitation or Self Neglect. A FSC may assist a

vulnerable adult with Medicaid application, connection to community

resources to help reduce or eliminate the overall risk of further A/N/E

in order for them to remain safe in their community setting. FSC also

uses Pcard to purchase basic needed items such as food, housing,

medications, DME etc. helping clients meet their needs.
