Responsibilities
- Maintain a Google classroom specifically for student council
- All club meetings and activities must be posted on the Google Classroom calendar
- Maintain attendance records for meetings and activities on the clubs & activities attendance spreadsheet
- Maintain records of fundraising totals
- Create an end of the year report with the following information: meeting dates and topics, sign in sheets, and description of fundraiser with total amount raised
- Hold multiple after school meetings/activities and 2 meetings during CBEO per month
- Recruit new members
- Hold elections for the board for each grade level
- Monitor attendance, grades, and participation of members
- Plan and implement one activity per quarter to promote school spirit (spirit weeks, assemblies, etc)
- Participate in the homecoming parade
- Decoration of the hubs for homecoming week
- Assist with selling t-shirts and tickets for homecoming
- Assist with planning the homecoming pep rally
- Attend the homecoming dance
- Fundraising: Minimum of four events per year
- Assist with craft show 2 times a year
- Put together a raffle basket
- Coordinate volunteers
- Assist with set up and tear down
- Attend craft show on saturday and Sunday (and set up on Friday)
- Plan, advertise for, and attend prom
- Choose a venue
- Choose a theme
- Plan, buy, and implement decorations
- Hire a DJ
- Hire Catering Services
- Design flyers and tickets
- Coordinate selling tickets
- Hire a photographer
- Make sure all vendors are paid
- Make sure the event has chaperones and security
- Clean up and store all prom supplies
- Choose a representative and plan an informational display for Freshman Step up day

- Senior sunrise

- Attend and assist with graduation
