Sales Specialist. Responsible for parts sales over the counter to our

customers or through our service department.

Job Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service by accurately identifying our
  
  

customers needs and efficiently using our resources to look up and

cross-reference parts.

• Leverage selling skills to present solutions and recommendations
  
  

using up-selling and cross-selling opportunities.

• Meet, greet, and welcome customers in a professional manner.
• Ensure customer expectations are met, including extraordinary
  
  

efforts at meeting commitments.

• Inventory, restocking, and reordering parts. Merchandising of parts.
• Communicate appropriately with all internal and external state
  
  

holders, in person and remotely.
