A global specialty chemical manufacturer with an outstanding culture and long-term growth strategy is seeking a Product Stewardship & Regulatory Affairs Manager to join its North American leadership team.
This is more than a regulatory role.
This position has been created as part of a defined succession plan - working directly alongside the current Director with a clear pathway toward future department leadership.
What You’ll Do
· Lead product stewardship initiatives across polymers and specialty chemical product lines
· Own key regulatory activities including TSCA (PMNs, CDR, reporting), FDA food contact, and global inventory compliance
· Serve as technical authority for SDS, hazard communication, and regulatory submissions
· Partner cross-functionally with R&D, manufacturing, commercial, and legal teams
· Contribute to long-range regulatory strategy and external engagement efforts
What We’re Looking For
· 5–10 years in product stewardship and regulatory affairs within specialty chemicals
· Strong TSCA experience (PMNs, CDR, regulatory submissions)
· Polymer or materials science background preferred
· Master’s degree (Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science) strongly preferred
· Leadership capability and desire to grow into broader responsibility
