Responsibilities
- Review and process loan applications for accuracy and completeness
- Collect, verify, and organize borrower documentation
- Communicate with clients, loan officers, underwriters, and third parties
- Ensure files meet underwriting and regulatory requirements
- Track loans through closing and maintain detailed, organized records
- Help deliver a smooth, professional client experience
Qualifications
- 2 years of loan processing experience (brokerage experience a plus)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Clear, professional communication and follow-through
- Comfortable managing multiple files at once
