Key Responsibilities:
· Lead & Coordinate: Provide planning, direction, and coordination for all technical activities, optimizing the use of workers, equipment, and materials.
· Technical Support: Ensure line efficiencies, safety, and environmental compliance through direct technical support and service coordination.
· Maintenance: Own Preventative and Predictive Maintenance schedules and tasks; ensure critical equipment parts are stocked.
· Budget & Capital: Prepare and control the department's expense budget; develop and execute the Capital Plan in partnership with stakeholders.
· Utility Management: Own and optimize all plant Utility systems (Natural Gas, Electric, Steam, etc.), driving efficiency and cost savings.
· Team Leadership: Administer personnel functions, including hiring, performance management, coaching, and technical staff training.
· Records & Improvement: Maintain plant equipment records and develop master plans to improve plant technologies (making, packing, warehouse, facilities).
Requirements:
· 5 years of Management/Leadership experience leading Engineering, Maintenance, and Technical Service groups, preferably in high-speed food processing/packaging.
· Technical or Engineering degree preferred.
· Proven skills in Project Management, budgeting, and cost reduction.
· Strong technical background: PLC knowledge and proven electrical and mechanical skills.
· Excellent communication and cross-functional team leadership skills.
· Detail-oriented, analytical, and an independent thinker with a drive for results.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD.

Salary : $115,000 - $130,000
