What You'll Do
• Prepare detailed electrical estimates and takeoffs
• Review plans, specifications, RFIs, and addenda
• Solicit and evaluate vendor and subcontractor pricing
• Attend pre-bid meetings and site walkthroughs
• Coordinate with project management and operations teams
• Track bid results and support project turnover
What We're Looking For
• 5 years of electrical experience
• Estimating experience within commercial, industrial, or institutional construction
• Strong understanding of electrical systems, labor, and material costs
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
• Experience with estimating and takeoff software
