Summary:
Kamps is seeking a National Sales Accounting Representative. The position would handle transactions for an assigned group of National Sales Accounts. Attention to detail and the ability to multitask are essential for this position.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Review and post customer invoices for assigned National Sales accounts
- Review and post daily vendor invoices that are entered by the National Sales team
- Post purchases from our internal receiving system on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis depending on the customer/supplier
- Work with customers, plants, and sales representatives to resolve billing discrepancies. Issue credit memos as needed
- Respond to customer/partner inquiries and research as necessary
- Review new customer forms that are sent in by the sales representative and send those forms to the necessary departments
- Achieve deadlines for daily tasks and month end. Prepare monthly reports as needed
- Assist with answering any AR phone calls that come into corporate office
- This person will be independent and self-directed after mastering tasks that are required

Qualifications/Skills:
- Two years of experience in Accounting or Business Administration
- Detail oriented, organized, and efficient
- Able to work independently and meet deadlines
- Strong communication skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office
- Experience in Microsoft Great Plains is a plus
Pay: $25.00 - $28.00 per hour
