Grow with Us: Not quite Teacher-qualified yet? Start with us as an Aide and we’ll support you every step of the way. We cover the cost of your CDA (Child Development Associate) and provide the guidance and experience needed to grow into a Preschool Teacher role.

What You’ll Do
- Lead a classroom with engaging, developmentally appropriate activities
- Support children’s social, emotional, and cognitive development
- Create a safe, structured, and nurturing learning environment
- Build strong relationships with families and your teaching team
- Bring creativity, consistency, and care to each child’s day
- Your experience and contributions are recognized and appreciated
- Work in a nationally accredited program with a strong, proven curriculum
- Enjoy a supportive, organized environment where you can focus on teaching

- At least 18 years old with a high school diploma or GED
- PATCH-qualified (or eligible), including:
- CDA (Child Development Associate), OR
- Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field
- 6–12 months of experience working in a licensed childcare or preschool setting
- Passionate, reliable, and committed to early childhood education
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Full-time positions available

- Weekday daytime hours (no nights or weekends)
