As part of our preschool team, you'll:
- Create a safe, welcoming classroom where every child feels seen and supported
- Plan engaging, age-appropriate learning experiences
- Encourage social, emotional, language, and cognitive development through play
- Build positive partnerships with families
- Work closely with fellow teachers to create a fun, collaborative classroom environment
- Starting Pay (PATCH Qualified)
- Qualified Teachers: $22–$25/hour DOE
- Infant/Toddler Caregivers: $19–$21/hour DOE

Qualified Teachers
- 18 years old
- High school diploma or GED
- CDA, associate's, or bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field
- 6–12 months of experience in a licensed preschool or childcare setting
- 18 years old
- High school diploma or GED
- 12–24 months of experience working with children under age three in a licensed setting
- Infant/toddler training (Provided if needed)
