This role offers a balanced, hands-on day:

✨ Spend your mornings helping prepare meals and care for our keiki

✨ Transition into the afternoon assisting teachers and engaging in the classroom

What You’ll Do — Kitchen Support (Morning)You’ll help ensure our preschoolers receive meals with care and consistency by:

• Dishing out catered lunch for our keiki
• Delivering meals to classrooms with warmth and attention
• Washing breakfast/lunch dishes
• Keeping the kitchen clean, organized, and running smoothly
• Supporting safe and nurturing mealtime routines
  
  

No professional kitchen experience required — if you’ve fed a crowd, run a busy household, or helped with group meals, you’ll do great!

What You’ll Do — Teacher Aide (Afternoon)After kitchen duties, you’ll join our teaching team as a Teacher Aide, helping to:

• Engage with children through play, learning activities, and routines
• Support lead teachers in classroom prep and supervision
• Create safe, joyful, caring environments for our keiki
• Build relationships with children and staff as part of our teaching ‘ohana
  
  

Experience working with children is a plus, but kindness, reliability, and a genuine love for little learners matter most.

A Career Path You Can Grow InInterested in becoming a Preschool Teacher someday? We’ve got you!

• We will help you earn your Child Development Associate (CDA)
• After 1 year of classroom experience a CDA, you’ll be eligible for promotion to Preschool Teacher ($19–$25/hr)

• A High School Diploma or equivalent (required)
• A nurturing, patient, dependable personality
