As a Preschool Teacher or Infant/Toddler Caregiver, you’ll play a key role in creating safe, engaging, and nurturing learning experiences for young children.
- Support children’s social, emotional, and developmental growth
- Help plan and implement age‑appropriate activities and curriculum
- Build warm, respectful relationships with children and families
- Maintain a safe, organized, and welcoming classroom environment
- Work as part of a supportive teaching team
Who This Role Is Great For

Aide:
- At least 18 years old with a high school diploma or GED
- A love for working with children and willingness to learn
- At least 18 years old with a high school diploma or GED
- 1–2 years of experience working with children ages 2 and under in a licensed childcare or preschool setting
- At least 18 years old with a high school diploma or GED
- PATCH-qualified (or eligible), including:
- CDA (Child Development Associate), OR
- Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field
- 6–12 months of experience working in a licensed childcare or preschool setting
- Preschool Aide: $17–$18.50 per hour
- Infant/Toddler Caregiver: $19–$21 per hour
- Preschool Teacher: $22–$25 per hour
