We have Aide positions available while we help you complete training to meet PATCH qualifications. We support your growth and cover the cost of your CDA (Child Development Associate) while you gain experience toward a Teacher or Caregiver role.

Preschool Teachers $22–$25/hour
- At least 18 years old high school diploma/GED
- PATCH-qualified (or eligible), such as:
- CDA or
- Bachelor’s in Early Childhood Education (or related field)
- 6–12 months experience in a licensed childcare/preschool setting
- Dependable team player with strong communication skills and commitment to ECE
- At least 18 with a high school diploma or GED
- 12–24 months of experience with children under age 3 in a licensed setting
- Infant/Toddler Training (We can provide all the required training hours!)
- Nurturing, patient, and dependable team player with a passion for infant and toddler care
- At least 18 with a high school diploma or GED
- Experience working with children in any setting (babysitting, tutoring, coaching, youth programs, etc.) or a strong interest in working with children
- Kind, patient, and energetic; eager to learn and grow in early childhood education with a willingness to be trained
