At Kamaʻāina Kids, we’re a local nonprofit supporting children and families across Hawaiʻi, and our Corporate team plays a big role in making that possible. This position helps keep our HR and payroll systems running smoothly for staff across more than 90 locations.

We’re looking for someone with experience in HR support, payroll coordination, or benefits administration who enjoys detail-oriented work and working with people. You’ll partner closely with our VP of Human Resources to support payroll-related functions, benefits deductions, timekeeping systems, and new hire onboarding.
While we utilize a professional payroll provider for full payroll processing, this role plays a key part in ensuring accurate time entry, PTO calculations, benefits deductions, and HR system integrity.
