- Lead or assist with play, crafts, snacks, homework time, and relationship-building—always with encouragement and patience.
- Be a dependable partner for both keiki and their families—offering empathy, communication, and consistency every day.
- Competitive pay: $16–$19/hour plus a $500 New Hire Bonus

- No evenings or weekends—steady weekday schedule, typically from ~1:30/2 PM to 5:30 PM
- Extensive training—including First Aid/CPR, behavior support, IEP awareness, and inclusive learning strategies
Who Should Apply:
- Compassionate individuals drawn to working one-on-one with children with disabilities
- Experience working one-on-one with children—whether through tutoring, mentoring, ABA therapy, as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), classroom aide, or volunteer support—or simply a genuine desire to learn and grow alongside experienced educators
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with families, classroom teachers, and your team
