As a Group Leader in our After School Programs, you will have the opportunity to create a fun and safe environment for students. Whether you're a student, a parent, or simply passionate about education, this role allows you to gain valuable experience in working with children. We provide full training, so no previous experience is necessary!

Key Responsibilities:
This part-time position runs Monday through Friday, from approximately 1:30 until 5:30 pm, with no evening or weekend shifts! (Wednesday shifts begin at approx. 12:30 due to Early Release Day).

Key Responsibilities:
- Student Interaction: Lead and supervise a group of students during after-school hours, ensuring their safety and engagement.
- Activity Planning: Develop fun and educational activities such as arts and crafts, games, and even homework help.
- Accountability: Keep track of student attendance and ensure that all children are accounted for at all times.
- Must be at least 18 years old (16 for Aide positions).
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- No prior experience is necessary—we provide comprehensive training.
- Passion for working with children.

A Typical Day in Our After School Program Might Include:
- Greeting children and welcoming them to the program.
- Helping kids settle down with a snack and assisting with homework.
- Engaging in fun activities such as board games, crafts, and outdoor play.
- Facilitating group activities like talent shows, Lego-building contests, or creating slime.
- Connecting with families when they pick up their children.
