- Offer personalized guidance and encouragement to children during after-school hours.
- Support activities like playtime, arts & crafts, snack breaks, homework help, and social skill-building.
- Build trusting relationships with children and families through consistent communication and empathy.
- Competitive Compensation: $16–$19/hour plus a $750 New Hire Bonus

- Work-Life Balance: Weekday shifts only, typically from 1:30/2 PM to 5:30 PM—no nights or weekends
