This role focuses on improving the lives of both community members and the workforce of Kaleida Health. Builds sustainable relationships that result in increased access to career opportunities at Kaleida Health. Serves as a liaison/link/intermediary between workforce program partners at state, regional and local levels, colleges, schools and other entities, and Kaleida Health to facilitate pipeline development for healthcare careers. Builds individual and community capacity by increasing knowledge about healthcare careers through a range of activities such as outreach, partnerships, education and advocacy.
Education And Credentials
BA/BS in Business or similar required. BA/BS in Healthcare Administration preferred. NYS Drivers License upon hire.
Experience
3 years of experience working in healthcare setting (hospital preferred) required. Privacy Compliance Certification within 1 Year.
