Lake Erie Medical Services (LEMS) is a growing, multi-specialty and expanding medical office practice located in scenic Chautauqua County, New York. Established in association with Brooks-TLC Hospital System, Inc., the practice currently serves the community in the area of Primary Care and specialty areas of General Surgery and Orthopedics – including hand and spine. Our providers believe in the availability of high-value, compassionate care, share the vision of a healthier community for all, and are committed to keeping care close to home for the residents of Chautauqua, western Erie and western Cattaraugus Counties. LEMS has locations in Dunkirk, Derby, Fredonia and Jamestown.
Education And Experience
- Graduate of accredited program
- Current NYS Physician Assistant Licensure
- Active Board Certification
- Active DEA license
- CPR certification and advanced life support certifications if relevant to practice area (ACLS, PALS, NRP)
- Experience preferred
