Treetop Adventure Attendant – Gorilla Grove
Kalahari Resorts & Conventions is seeking a Treetop Adventure Attendant – Gorilla Grove. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring safety and an exceptional experience for all Ropes Course and Gorilla Grove guests.
As part of our leadership team, you’ll embody our Promise to Lead with Love—guiding, supporting, and inspiring associates while delivering extraordinary guest experiences. You’ll use engagement skills to ensure a memorable experience for each guest.
$14.50-16.50/hr
Key Responsibilities
- Responsibilities include setting up ropes course, tying required knots, assisting guests in proper harness fitting, demonstrating proper Ropes Course techniques, operating the ropes course activity, performing retrievals and rescues, inspecting equipment.
- Responsible for all gear safety and maintenance, including but not limited to washing, cleaning, sanitizing, and preparing the equipment
- Assisting each participant ensuring their safety on every platform and obstacle.
- Attaching guests to the cable and performing essential safety checks every time before anyone uses the course.
- Demonstrating how to use gear and wear safety harness
What We’re Looking For
- Must pass and complete the required site-specific safety training course according to TCA standards offered by the Company
- Candidates must be 18 years old on or before April 1 of the summer for which you are applying
- A leadership style rooted in collaboration, respect, and service to others.
- Prior experience with outdoor recreation, athletics, educational roles, high ropes instructor experience, or ziplining is a plus
