We operate 24 hours/day, 7 days/week, 365 days/year.

For this position -1st, 2nd & 3rd shift availability and weekends as needed.

JOB DESCRIPTION

General Security responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Provide excellent customer service to our property owners
• Observe, survey, and report activities at the assigned site
• Respond quickly to critical situations
• Ability to read and write detailed reports
• Enforce client procedures, regulations, and standards

QUALIFICATIONS

• At least [21] years of age or older as required by applicable law or contractual requirements.
• Possess at least a high school education or equivalent (GED)
• Pass an screening process, including phone and/or video chat interview
• Valid Driver’s license

Duties:

• Patrol assigned area regularly and effectively
• Respond to all emergency calls or 911 in a timely manner
• Monitor and maintain all exterior and interior doors, windows, gates, signs, signs with lights, locks and access points
• Monitor all exterior windows for suspicious activity or illegal activity
• Monitor all exterior doors for suspicious activity or illegal activity or emergency access
• Monitor all interior and exterior of vehicles and other vehicles used for business operations
• Monitor all interior access points to buildings including lobby, lobby areas, offices, stairwells, fire escapes, etc.

• Perform routine inspections of vehicles used for business operations in compliance with Lake Adventure Community Association policies and procedures.

• Perform routine maintenance of surveillance equipment on-site as necessary.
• Perform routine maintenance of surveillance equipment in-vehicle as necessary.

Experience: Nice to Have: 1 year (Preferred) experience as a security officer or similar position
