Testing Background Good communication skills and collaborative with multiple teams Experienced in Risk Management oversees the end-to-end SDLC, coordinating planning, testing, and deployment to ensure high-quality software releases, bridge gaps between development, QA, and operations teams to manage risks, maintain schedules, and ensure compliance in production environments Creating, managing, and maintaining the release calendar and scheduling all activities.
Bridging communication between DevOps, development, QA, and product teams to align on goals and timelines.
Risk Management: Identifying, mitigating, and escalating risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks to avoid release delays.
Quality Assurance: Ensuring software complies with standards, managing build stages, and verifying stability in pre-production.
Managing the go-live process, including deployment execution and post-release validation.
Documentation & Reporting: Recording release notes, tracking metrics, and reporting progress to stakeholders. 3–5 years in software development, quality assurance, or DevOps.
Proficient in CI/CD tools such as Jenkins or any other related technologies and jira, Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and DevOps methodologies.
Coordination skills to manage cross-functional teams.
