Job Title: Pharmacist

Client: State of FL-DOH

Position: Pay Rate: $46/hr on W2

Location: 515 West 6th Street. Jacksonville, FL 32206

Onsite Position


WORK ENVIRONMENT: Pharmacy workstation


CANDIDATE RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Interpret prescriptions
  • Perform medication therapy management (MTM) functions and compounds
  • Dispense medications within regulatory guidelines
  • Assure proper and economic use of medications
  • Provide medication information and advice to patients, physicians, nurses and other healthcare providers
  • Manage and utilize the approved formulary
  • Basic knowledge of commonly used software such as Microsoft Outlook and Word
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
