Short Job Description
Seeking an EGrAMS Developer / Support Analyst with 3 years of hands-on experience developing, configuring, and providing technical support for the EGrAMS (Electronic Grants Administration and Management System) platform developed by Client.
The consultant will support grant management workflows, troubleshoot production issues, perform system enhancements, and collaborate with business and technical teams within the Department of Social Services environment.
Required Skills
- 3 years of EGrAMS development and production support experience
- Experience with grants management systems and workflow configuration
- Strong troubleshooting and user support skills
- Experience with SQL/database queries and reporting
- Ability to work with state/government stakeholders
- Excellent communication skills
Preferred
- Prior California State government experience
- Experience supporting grants administration programs
- Knowledge of SDLC, ticketing systems, and documentation
