Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations of the dry cleaning facility, including overseeing staff, workflow, and quality control
- Ensure timely completion of cleaning, laundry, and pressing services while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and customer satisfaction
- Supervise team members, providing training, coaching, and support to foster a productive work environment
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints promptly, and ensure a positive experience for every guest
- Monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies and equipment; coordinate maintenance and repairs as needed
- Implement safety protocols and ensure compliance with health regulations to maintain a safe working environment
- Oversee cash handling procedures, including cashiering duties and accurate record-keeping of transactions
Qualifications
- Previous experience in hotel or hospitality industry preferred; experience in dry cleaning or laundry services is highly advantageous
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clients and team members
- Knowledge of cleaning processes, equipment operation, and safety standards in a commercial setting
- Basic math skills for cash handling, invoicing, and inventory management
- Ability to lead a team efficiently while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with cashiering or cash handling procedures is desirable
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certifications related to hospitality or cleaning services are a plus
