Job Title: Oracle Fusion Manager (R2R, O2C, P2P, PLM, HCM)
Location: Onsite, Irvine, CA - Local candidates
Duration : Long term Contract
Experience: 10 -12 Years
HCM and PLM experience is mandatory
- Typically, 10 12 years in IT/ERP projects
- At least 8 years in Oracle Fusion projects
- Prior experience as a team lead or project manager
- 8 15 years of overall experience
- Minimum 2 3 full lifecycle Oracle Fusion implementations
- Experience in support and enhancement projects
Responsibilities
. Functional Expertise
- Work on end-to-end implementation/support of:
o R2R (Record to Report) GL, FA, Cash Management
o O2C (Order to Cash) Order Management, AR, Billing
o P2P (Procure to Pay) Procurement, AP, Supplier Management
o PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) Product Data Hub, Innovation Management
o HCM (Human Capital Management) Core HR, Payroll, Talent Management
- Gather business requirements and translate them into functional specifications
- Configure Oracle Fusion modules as per business needs
- Bachelor s degree in IT, HR, Business, or related field
- MBA or HR specialization (preferred)
- PMP / PRINCE2 / Agile certifications (strong advantage)
- Oracle Fusion certification (preferred)
Salary : $70 - $90
