Our direct client is looking for Oracle HCM Applications Manager to join the team on a full time direct hire.

We are seeking a hands-on Oracle Fusion HCM leader to drive Hire-to-Retire (H2R) product strategy, architecture, and delivery. This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for the success, optimization, and innovation of the Oracle Fusion Human Capital Management platform.

- 8 years of Oracle ERP experience
- 3 full lifecycle Oracle implementations (2 covering H2R)
- Strong hands-on expertise in Oracle Fusion HCM (EBS R12 required if no Fusion experience)
- 3 years of people leadership in an ERP environment

Responsibilities
Own the HCM Product & Platform
- Owning the full Oracle Fusion HCM lifecycle (implementation, enhancements, optimization, support)
- Leading configuration and architecture across H2R modules (Recruiting, Workforce Mgmt, Comp & Benefits, Talent, ESS, Separation)
- Managing integrations (OIC, APIs), reporting (OTBI, BI Publisher), and platform extensions
- Lead end-to-end Oracle Fusion HCM lifecycle: implementation, enhancements, operations, and optimization
- Architect, design, and configure HCM modules from the ground up
- Define configurations including value sets, flexfields, workflows, business units, workforce structures, compensation plans, security, and integrations
- Manage platform extensions (PL/SQL, VBCS, Redwood UI) and integrations (OIC, APIs; MuleSoft exposure preferred)
- Oversee SaaS updates, quarterly releases, patches, and performance optimization
Drive Strategy & Governance
- Shape and execute the HCM product roadmap aligned with business strategy
- Establish governance standards for design, security, DevOps, and deployment
- Lead cross-functional initiatives on time and within budget
- Partner closely with HR, IT, and executive stakeholders
Lead & Develop Talent
- Manage and mentor a team of analysts and developers
- Define performance standards and coach for growth
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation
