This is a contract role for a Workday HCM Consultant, based on-site in Towson, MD. The consultant will be responsible for implementing the Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) system, which includes designing solutions, configuring modules, and ensuring they align with the organization's requirements. The role involves analyzing HR business processes, developing solutions for employee benefits management, providing system expertise, and offering consulting services to improve overall HCM effectiveness. Collaboration with cross-functional teams and stakeholders is essential to achieve project goals and drive successful outcomes.
- Proficiency in Human Capital Management (HCM) systems and processes
- Strong knowledge of Human Capital and Human Resources (HR) functions, including best practices
- Experience with Employee Benefits management and related systems
- Consulting skills with the ability to recommend efficient solutions to business challenges
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and analytical skills
- Prior experience with Workday HCM or similar platforms is highly desirable
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
