Job Overview:
We are seeking an enthusiastic, reliable, caring and multi-tasking Chiropractic Assistant to join our team. As a Chiropractic Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and support to our chiropractic practice. This is a part-time position. The days and hours would be: Thursdays from 8:15AM-12:30PM and 1:45PM-7PM, Fridays form 8
:15AM-10:30AM and 11:45AM-5:00PM and Saturdays from 8:15AM-12:30PM. We hope that whomever we hire maybe available for filling in for other staff when they need time off as well. Starting pay will depend on experience, but no experience is necessary as we are willing to train the right candidate. Christmas Bonuses are given each year!
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome patients, ensuring a warm, friendly and professional atmosphere
- Assist with patient intake and checkout including rescheduling
- Collecting co-pays
- Verifying patients insurance benefits
- Hooking up patients up on therapy tables (will train)
- Various other front desk tasks (to be explained during the interview process and actual employment)
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of the clinic
