What are the responsibilities and job description for the Outreach Coordinator and Chiropractic Assistant position at Pamer Family Chiropractic?
We are seeking a Chiropractic Assistant and Outreach Coordinator to become a part of our team!
We are a family focused, Chiropractic wellness clinic that seeks to provide the highest quality services to our community so they can reach their God-given potential. We see infants through elderly, with a focus on health maintenance. We put a high priority on family care and educate our patients on chiropractic, lifestyle, and nutrition so they are able to achieve and then maintain their health transformation.
This is a dynamic role with focus on both in-office event coordination and coordinating and performing outside community events. The position does require clear, concise communication skill set, as well as a natural love of people. We do training weekly and quarterly to sharpen our team individually and as a unit.
Responsibilities: You will assist the Doctor in helping the patients with their therapies, documentation and charting, and coordinating and performing community outreach and in-office events, as well as setting up and performing lunch talks. (We have the exact training, protocols, and procedures to make you rock it!)
Qualifications: Must love public interaction, have strong people and communication skills, enjoy speaking in front of small groups (2-6 people), as well as ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
On-the job training is provided, though experience with interpersonal client and/or patients are a plus. Script training and memorization is required, but once it's learned, it's "plug and play"!
Raises and bonuses are given based on performance and achieving clinic goals. Occasional weekends may be required (quarterly).
Pay: From $23.00 per hour
