Duties
- Greet and check in patients, ensuring a warm and professional first impression.
- Assist with patient intake by collecting medical histories, updating records, and verifying insurance information.
- Prepare examination rooms, ensuring cleanliness and proper setup for chiropractic treatments.
- Support chiropractors during patient assessments by gathering relevant health information and documenting findings accurately.
- Maintain detailed knowledge of medical terminology relevant to chiropractic care to facilitate effective communication.
- Educate patients on treatment procedures, post-care instructions, and answer general questions about their care plans.
- Manage appointment scheduling, follow-up reminders, and maintain organized patient records for efficient workflow.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure compliance with safety protocols and uphold high standards of patient care.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in a healthcare or chiropractic setting is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
- Strong patient service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor.
- Basic knowledge of physiology and anatomy to understand treatment procedures and assist effectively.
- Ability to perform patient assessments accurately and gather relevant health information.
- Familiarity with medical terminology and intake procedures is highly desirable.

Pay: $15.00 - $26.40 per hour
