What are the responsibilities and job description for the Medical Front Desk Receptionist position at Kailua Acupuncture Clinic?
We are a busy holistic healthcare clinic serving our patients in Kailua since 1989. We are seeking an employee who desires working in a collaborative, healthy environment and who is able to uphold the clinic's reputation for excellent customer service provided with compassion, competence and aloha. The job includes welcoming patients, scheduling appointments, determining and collecting co-payments, answering phones, verifying insurance, confirming patient appointments, entering patient data, sorting mail, responding to emails, creating content for and managing social media for the clinic, helping maintain office cleanliness, managing office inventory and assisting the practitioners as needed.
The position is 25-28hrs /- per week: Monday afternoons, Wednesday afternoons, all day Friday, and morning to midday on Saturday.
