Accounting Clerk
Rapidly growing Tech Company looking for an eager and energetic Accounting Clerk to add to our team. This position will support the accounting department at j5create, a growing computer accessory distributor in Kennesaw, Georgia. This individual is expected to perform the duties and responsibilities with a high level of accuracy. Our office is casual but professional and has a fun team of hard-working individuals. This position reports to the Accounting Manager.
Responsibilities:
Post incoming customer payments into the system to maintain accurate records.
Process customer invoicing and billing.
Account collections
Accurately document and track returned merchandise.
Handle customer compliance and initiate disputes.
Research and resolve customer discrepancies.
Work closely with the various teams across the company for timely transaction processing.
Perform other accounting-related duties as assigned.
Skills and Qualifications:
2 years of related experience.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel Skills.
Proficiency with QuickBooks and Microsoft Dynamics Business Central 365 is preferred.
Exceptional attention to detail and task-oriented.
Ability to work with all levels of employees within the organization.
Strong communication skills.
Support and relate to the culture of the organization.
Monday- Friday 9:00 am to 5:00 pm
Salary : $14 - $18
