Position: Per Diem Registered Nurse

Pay: $47 to $50/hour

Experience: Ventilator and tracheostomy experience

Education: State of Hawaii Licensure/Certification as appropriate

Type: Full-time; Per Diem

Schedule: Flexible 12-hour shifts

Kahu Malama Nurses is seeking a Per Diem Registered Nurse to join a growing and dynamic team!

Job Description

• Administer nursing care to ill, injured, convalescent, or disabled patients
• Advise patients on health maintenance and disease prevention; provide case management as needed
• Provide health care, first aid, immunizations, or assistance in convalescence or rehabilitation
• Measure vital signs, draw blood, and maintain medical records
• Administer medications to patients and monitor patients for reactions or side effects
• Resolve client issues and concerns
• Converse with medical professionals about medical diagnoses and treatments
• Educate users, clients, and prospects about products and services
• Assist patients with activities of daily living
• Lift and move objects or people using your body without the aid of machinery
