- Current license as a Registered Nurse in the State of Hawaii is required.

Job Description
- Coordinate the unit's services and activities in consultation with the Director of Nursing.
- Plan, develop, and organize work tasks and resident care.
- Coordinate, supervise, and evaluate employees.
- Plan and supervise resident care.
- Assess residents' physical conditions and participate in resident planning conferences.
- Monitor the quality indicators and ensure positive outcomes to the extent possible.
- Support continuous quality improvement efforts.
- Keep the Director of Nursing informed of both progress and potential problems.
- Coordinates unit admissions, discharges, and transfers.
- Supervisory experience preferred.
- Current and valid 2 Step TB clearance and health review (can be done in-house).
- First Aid and CPR preferred.
