Clinical Scheduler

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Clinical Scheduler to join our team!

Responsibilities:

• Perform all assigned tasks in accordance with our established policies and procedures, and as instructed by your supervisors
• Create and maintain an atmosphere of warmth, personal interest and positive emphasis, as well as a calm environment throughout the facility
• Follows established personnel policies according to employee handbook as well as other departments within the facility to ensure that services and activities can be adequately maintained to meet the needs of the residents
• Attends facility departmental meetings as required
• Maintain Confidentiality of all pertinent personnel information in accordance with the Privacy Act, as well as our established personnel policies governing the release of information
• Make written or oral reports/recommendations to the Administrator and/or the Director of Human Resources concerning personnel needs, problem areas, etc., as deemed necessary or appropriate
• Perform administrative requirements such as completing necessary forms, reports, etc., and submitting to the Administrator and/or Director of Human Resources as required
  
  
  

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited high school or GED preferred.
• Computer knowledge desirable
• Previous long-term care experience is desirable
