- Utilize scheduling software to streamline scheduling processes
- Manage employee relations related to scheduling conflicts, shift swaps, and time-off requests with effective negotiation skills
- Ensure compliance with employment & labor law regulations by maintaining accurate records of hours worked and adhering to HR legal standards
