Responsibilities
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Electrical assembly of industrial machinery, including incoming power wiring
- Wire control panels, subpanels, and machine-mounted electrical enclosures
- Connect AC motors, servo motors, VFDs, PLCs, sensors, & operator interface devices
- Run conduit between machines and enclosures for electrical interconnections
- Build and wire electrical panels according to schematics and bills of materials
- Assemble and terminate connectors, including M12, Ethernet, and serial cables
- Route, bundle, and secure wiring neatly and professionally
- Perform light fabrication work such as drilling, wire stripping, and crimping
- Troubleshoot electrical issues during assembly and testing
- Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and wiring diagrams
- Maintain accurate red-line markups on schematics for any manufacturing changes
- Follow all safety procedures, electrical codes, and company standards
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Electrical Assembler, Electrical Technician, or similar role in an industrial or manufacturing environment
- Experience wiring industrial electrical systems, including 3-phase power (230V and 480V)
- MUST HAVE 3 PHASE POWER
- Ability to read and understand electrical schematics and wiring diagrams
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve electrical issues
- Proficiency with basic electrical hand tools, including:
- Wire cutters and strippers
- Crimping tools
- Multimeter
- Screwdrivers
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Standing, bending, lifting, and working around industrial machinery are required
