About the Role
Kablotsky Internal Medicine (a Mass General Brigham affiliate) is seeking an experienced Primary Care Nurse Practitioner to join our collaborative, patient-centered practice in Hudson, MA. This position offers a unique opportunity to manage a patient panel while working within a supportive team of NPs, DNPs, and one supervising physician. Key Responsibilities
- Provide full-spectrum primary care, including preventive, acute, and chronic disease management.
- Practice with a high degree of autonomy, applying evidence-based decision-making and strong clinical judgment.

- Utilize AI-assisted documentation and digital tools to streamline workflows and enhance efficiency.

Qualifications
