We’re building something—and growing quickly. North Brookfield Primary Care is a nurse practitioner–led practice with strong patient demand and an opportunity for the right NP to step in early, build a panel, and help shape how care is delivered.
Our model emphasizes whole-person care, combining strong primary care fundamentals with a thoughtful, patient-centered approach to wellness, prevention, and chronic disease management.
This is a ground-floor opportunity for someone who wants more than just a job—you’ll have autonomy, influence, and the ability to grow alongside the practice.
- $105,000 – $125,000 annually (pro-rated for part-time)
- Compensation grows with panel size and productivity
- Opportunity for bonus or increased compensation as your panel grows
- Provide comprehensive primary care (acute chronic)
- Build and manage your own patient panel
- Incorporate a holistic, prevention-focused approach to care, including lifestyle, behavioral, and wellness considerations
- Play an active role in shaping workflows and care delivery
- Work closely with a small, highly engaged team
- MA-licensed NP (FNP or Adult/Gero)
- Comfortable practicing independently
- Motivated to build something—not just maintain it
- Interested in growing a panel and taking ownership of patient care
