Overview:
As the Consulting & Client Relationship Lead (Industrial, Energy & Travel), you will partner with delivery teams to strengthen and expand existing client relationships across North America.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a trusted advisor by aligning solutions with client needs and managing senior stakeholder relationships.
- Drive revenue growth within manufacturing accounts by identifying new business opportunities and achieving sales targets.
- Leverage industry expertise and consultative selling skills to demonstrate the value of analytics, AI, and digital transformation solutions.
- Build strong client partnerships through regular engagement and successful solution delivery.
- Understand client priorities and translate business challenges into growth opportunities.
- Lead business development and pre-sales efforts while representing the full portfolio of AI, Engineering & Design, and Behavioral Science offerings.
- Advance sales opportunities through consultative discussions, workshops, and cross-functional collaboration.
Qualifications:
- Proven success in growing manufacturing accounts and consistently meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
- Experience in industrial, chemical, automotive, metals, or electronics manufacturing is preferred.
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to drive account growth.
- Excellent storytelling and stakeholder management skills, linking client challenges to business outcomes.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with experience engaging both technical and executive audiences.
- Ability to work collaboratively, solve complex business problems, and recommend effective solutions.
- Demonstrated experience leading global teams and managing large-scale client relationships.
Must-Haves:
- 8–15 years of total experience.
- 7 years in Sales & Account Management with a strong revenue-growth track record.
- 5 years in the Manufacturing industry.
- 3 years of experience/exposure to AI & Machine Learning solutions.
- 5 years in Business Analytics.
