Job Title: Account Growth Manager
Location: Boston, MA or Nashville, TN (On-site 4-5 days per week at client offices)
Location and Mobility: On-site in Boston, MA or Nashville, TN; willingness for monthly US travel.

Key Responsibilities:
U.S. Client Relationship Management & Account Growth
• Drive strategic account growth within assigned healthcare accounts by partnering closely with Solutioning, Consulting, and Delivery teams to achieve revenue and margin objectives.
• Analyze client performance, organizational structure, operating models, and healthcare industry dynamics to develop and execute effective account strategies.
• Build a comprehensive understanding of client priorities, organizational changes, and business challenges to identify opportunities for expansion and value creation.
• Ensure U.S.-based stakeholders have strong awareness of Fractal's capabilities and ecosystem, irrespective of active engagements.
• Track the business impact of delivered solutions, identify emerging client needs, and proactively address evolving expectations.
• Build and maintain strong, in-person relationships with Director-, VP-, and senior executive-level stakeholders.
Qualifications:
• 10–18 years of relevant experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Presales, or Consulting Services, supporting Analytics, AI/ML, Generative AI, Data, and Cloud technology offerings.
• Proven track record of growing strategic accounts, developing executive-level client relationships, and driving successful presales and consulting engagements.
• Ability to work independently within client environments while collaborating effectively with geographically distributed teams across the U.S., Europe, and India.
• Strong understanding of business processes, data-driven decision-making, and the ability to derive actionable business insights from multiple data sources.
• Excellent communication, presentation, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills, particularly with Director- and VP-level executives.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate across multiple functional teams and influence stakeholders in complex organizational environments.
Technical Skills:
• Strong understanding of Generative AI technologies, including LLMs, prompt engineering, fine-tuning, embeddings, and enterprise AI applications.
• Knowledge of Agentic AI patterns, including autonomous agents, workflow orchestration, and multi-agent systems, with the ability to articulate their business value.
• Experience with cloud AI platforms such as Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, and Google Vertex AI.
• Familiarity with AI ecosystem tools and frameworks, including LangChain, RAG architectures, APIs, integrations, and modern data pipelines.
• Ability to translate technical capabilities into compelling business value propositions for client stakeholders.
