We are looking for a motivated Inside Sales Representative to join our team near Philadelphia, PA. This is an opportunity to sell high-value industrial equipment, work with real manufacturers, and build a long-term career in technical sales. This is not a high-volume call center role. You’ll work directly with inbound leads and active buyers, helping customers find the right machine solution for their application.

- Manage inbound leads and sales inquiries from manufacturers and fabricators
- Speak with customers to understand their applications and production needs
- Recommend CNC, manual, and fabrication equipment solutions
- Prepare quotes and follow up throughout the sales process
- Build relationships with new and existing customers
- Maintain sales activity and pipeline within CRM software
- Work closely with our applications, service, and operations teams
- Attend industry trade shows (limited travel)
Skills & Qualifications
- 2 years of sales, inside sales, account management, or industrial customer service experience
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Organized, self-motivated, and comfortable managing multiple opportunities
- Ability to learn technical products and manufacturing applications
- Experience with CRM systems and Microsoft Office

Preferred (But Not Required)
